Bill 153: AMENDS ARTICLE III, SECTION 3-18 OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CHARTER
(2014), RELATING TO THE OFFICE OF THE LEGISLATIVE AUDITOR
Prohibits the annual audit plan from including specific agencies, funds, programs,
services, or operations that have been selected for an audit in the coming year.
