The purpose of this amendment is to revise the existing no parking areas <br /> in order to provide additional parking along Alii Drive in North Kona. <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28,No <br /> parking at anytime, subsection (1), Kona, of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by revising existing items: <br /> (8) Ali`i Drive, northeast(mauka) side, from Kamehameha III Road Re <br /> Mak Street] and extending eight hundred forty-six feet <br /> northwest of Alii Highway. <br /> (9) Ali`i Drive, east mauka)side, [rani] from a point [nine <br /> hundred thirty five] three hundred seven feet north of Makolea <br /> Street and extending [ : : ,:'. .. . - • - ] one thousand <br /> three hundred thirty-five feet north of[La`aloa Avenue] Makole`a <br /> Street. <br /> (11) Ali`i Drive, northeast(mauka) side, from a point nine hundred forty- <br /> four feet southeast of Lunapule Road and extending [six h.,.�.,undeed <br /> rixty] four hundred sixty-nine feet southeast of Lunapule Road. <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-280, Schedule 28, No <br /> parking at anytime, subsection(f), Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as <br /> amended), is amended by adding the following items and renumbering appropriately: <br /> ( ) Alii Drive, east (mauka) side, from a point five hundred eighty-one <br /> feet south of Makole`a Street and extending seventy-five feet north <br /> of Makole`a Street. <br />
