Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation,to which was referred Bill No. 200,
reports as follows:
Bill No. 200,transmitted by Public Works Director Warren H.W. Lee, via Communication
No. 865 dated April 8, 2016, amends Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 6, of the Hawai`i County
Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as amended), relating to loading zones.
The bill removes portion of Keawe Street from Schedule 36 (Freight loading zones),
Subsection(c), South Hilo.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Bill No. 200, and recommends its passage on first reading.
