no denying Bill 140 is long overdue.
The cost increase is negligible besides shouldn't all businesses play on a level field?
The fact that compostable containers don't break down in landfills should not deter this bill but rather spur a follow on
bill for the county to implement sorting, composting processes at the landfill along with business requirements to
presort and deliver these products to the landfill.
