I'm writing in support of Councilwoman Margaret D. Wille's proposed bill to reduce the use of EPS Foam in
food service on island. This is a small but important step to reduce waste associated with to-go foods. The
benefits to wildlife and waste management clearly justify the small increase in cost for compostable paper or
recyclable plastic containers. Please support this and other similar bills to responsibly lessen the footprint we
