Re: Resolution No. 516-16, Draft 3; a Resolution Urging the Administrations of the
State of Hawai`i and the County of Hawai`i to Take Appropriate Steps to Prevent
the Spread of Rapid `Ohi`a Death.
Attached is Resolution No. 516-16, as amended to Draft 3 with the contents of Communication
No. 850.3, as duly approved by the Council on May 17, 2016.
The Council also voted to waive Rule No. 24-1(e), to allow adoption after amendment.
