Kenoi, dated March 1, 2016, transmitting for consideration the proposed Operating Budget for the County of Hawai‘i for the Fiscal Year (FY) ending June 30, 2017. This balanced budget includes estimated revenues and appropriations of $462,742,790, and is 5.46 percent larger than last year’s budget.
