I write to express my opposition to Bill 165 which would add a County "
cp
of Hawaii surcharge of one-half percent on top of the current 4.0
General Excise Tax.
We are a hardworking, lower income family of four and our rent of 1560
a month is already hard enough to come by. Please consider families ,
like ours and vote against this tax increase!

matter in advance of Tuesday's vote.
