Aloha Council Member Onishi,
I write to express myopposition to Bill 165 which would ad a
P PP d.i County
of Hawaii surcharge of one-half percent on top of the current 4.0
General Excise Tax.
I am a single mother struggling to make it and this increase in tax
would make it even harder.
Thank you for the opportunity to express my thoughts on this important
matter in advance of Tuesday's vote. N
