This is to transmit Bill No.156,Draft 3, which was the result of amendments approved at the
May 18,2016, Special Meeting of the Council.

The above amendments increased the FY 2016-2017 Capital Budget by $23,850,000 and
thirteen projects for a total of$207,919,000 and 87 projects.
