I write to express my opposition to Bill 165 which would add a County w ='
of Hawaii surcharge of one-half percent on top of the current 4.0
General Excise Tax.
Hawaii County Bill 165 is detrimental to the economic well being of -1,,. D
business and the creation of jobs. Please do not increase our taxes.
People will not be able to pay this additional burden. i,..•
