Aloha Council Member Onishi,
I write to express my opposition to Bill 165 which would add a County
of Hawaii surcharge of one-half percent on top of the current 4.0
General Excise Tax. r�

The taxes are currently high enough for this collection being taxed at r CD
each level hides the true level of taxation that is collected. I - _ =
educate everyone I know of this fact. this makes the actual increase
closer to 1.5% 3 r
