I write to express my opposition to Bill 165 which would add a County
of Hawaii surcharge of one-half percent on top of the current 4.0

The cost of living is already too high for most of us and if you raise '^
the tax, it will just make it worse. '‹
Please consider options of reducing expenses as a solution.
