I write to express my opposition to Bill 165 which would add a County
of Hawaii surcharge of one-half percent on top of the current 4.0
General Excise Tax.
In a National survey Hawaii came in 2nd for worst value for your taxesNO
& Hawaii is also an unfriendly State for Businesses. Don't chase
away small businesses. Businesses create jobs, don't scare them away
like Calif has.
