Dear Maile&Ad Hoc Committee,

We think you all had a difficult task put before you. $5 million in requests and only$1.5 million
to distribute. We realize that some requests were not granted. So we feel privileged to have
received something.
Thank you for remembering it is the impaired adults who are the beneficiaries of these funds.
Since we are the only Adult Day Care in West Hawaii and people are living longer by 2030 we
will be overwhelmed if we don't keep up with the trend.
We feel very grateful and appreciative of the work that you all have done. Hope to see you all
again next year.
