We believe the County Council Should honor the request of Council Member Margaret Wille in these matters.
Misuse of the p card Laws and Rules of Procedure is not a minor event.
Please honor this Communication 852in its content to allow a discussion concerning whether Mr Kenoi should take a
leave of absence pending conclusion of the Board of Ethics review of charges that the Mayor failed to comply with the
County's Code of Ethics and pending Council imposition of penalties, if any, pursuant to the County Chater,Section 14-6.
