RESOLUTION NO. 539 16
A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT
AND FROM A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT AND CREDITING SAME TO A
DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT TO COVER EXPENSES IN THE HSAC/NACO
ACCOUNT.
WHEREAS, Hawai`i County Council's representative to the Hawai`i State Association
of Counties (HSAC) Executive Committee attended the Western Interstate Region (WIR)
Conference in Wyoming that was held in May; and
WHEREAS, additional funds are needed in the HSAC/NACo account to cover expenses
from the WIR Conference, as well as monthly HSAC Executive Committee meetings for the
remainder of this fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk-Council Svc OCE account has sufficient funds for the remainder
of this fiscal year, and funds from this account will be used to supplement the HSAC/NACo
account; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the
following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below:

CREDITED TO:

BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the County Clerk shall transmit a copy of this
resolution to the Council Chairperson and the Director of Finance, and that the Director of
Finance is hereby authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this
resolution.
