Subject : Comment and Recommendation by the Environmental Management
Commission on Bill 140, Draft 2
The Environmental Management Commission (EMC) discussed Draft 2 of Bill 140 at its May 25,
2016 meeting. The commission voted unanimously to provide the County Council a positive
recommendation and a statement in support of this Bill.
