H. Shipman to utilize land for the Kea‘au Transfer Station. The annual license fee from July 1, 2016, to June 30, 2018, would be $5,000; and from July 1, 2018, to June 30, 2021, would be $7,500. The agreement includes a 5-year option for renewal.
