SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 156, Draft 4
Amendments to the Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2016-2017
This is to transmit Bill No.156, Draft 4, which was the result of amendments approved at the
June 1, 2015, Special Meeting of the Council. The amendments added the following projects:

2 Waimea District Park 5,000
3 Ke Ala Kahawai 0' Waimea(reapp. 5594.75) 7,000
4 Mahukona Beach Park Renovation(reapp. 5594.76) 2,500
Net Increase 20,000
The above amendments increased the FY 2016-2017 Capital Budget by $20,000,000 and
four projects for a total of$227,919,000 and 91 projects.
