Subject: HPP County Park
If a park is to be situated within HPP, specific and clear road maintenance, park management and park upkeep
responsibilities should be included in any land transfer documents.
HPP does not have the funds nor staff to maintain access roads to the proposed park, nor does it have funds
required to patrol the proposed park, and maintain the park itself
