Aloha Council Members
I am a resident of HPP and I would like to offer my support for Res. No 360-16 and Comm No 592.1.
I hope you will vote to accept the land donation of the HPP owners to develop property on 26th and Kaloli that
will benefit our residents and all the residents of Puna. We currently have 2 small undeveloped parks that many people
are not even aware of. It would be a major boost to the neighborhood to have a Park for kids and adults to enjoy our
beautiful outdoors in a safe environment.
I believe the HPP Park should be a priority for the Dept of Parks and Recreation and hope that a 2 year time
frame is enough to create a master plan for development.
A Park would be wonderful thing! Thank you for taking this issue under consideration.
