RE: Bill 136 Relating to Funds for Micro Unit Housing for West Hawaii
Family Support Hawaii would like to express strong support for the financing of Micro Unit
Housing in West Hawaii. As an active member of the Mayor's CHIRP committee we have been
very excited to hear about the progress being made to house our homeless citizens. We
believe the addition of these units in West Hawaii will be a step in the right direction. More
work will have to be done but we greatly appreciate this effort to get these micro-units built.
Thank you for allowing us to add our support to the good work being done by the Office of
Housing and Community Development.
