Aloha Councilmembers!
I'm thrilled that the EMC passed Bill 140 and now it's in your hands for passage. Even though it will likely
increase costs to both the retailer and consumer, it is environmentally VERY IMPORTANT to pass it. No
longer can we pretend that what we do or don't do, matters little.
I encourage you to fully support keeping sytrofoam, single-use containers off our Island.
Please vote YES!!
