Subject: bill 140 BAN styrofoam containers in HI Co.
We must, HI Co. Council, ban all styrofoam take out cups and clamshell
containers from HI Co. Having traveled the world and seen on
remote beaches, in lagoons and rivers an abundance of NON
BIODEGRADING styrofoam, I realize plants and animals are negatively
