Aloha,this is my testimony in support of Bill 140 Draft 2.We believe that the cost difference between styrofoam and
compostable food trays will become nearly negligible if everyone must purchase them.The competitive disadvantage for
companies that are voluntarily using compostable containers will be erased.
Please support this bill.
