Bill 142: Amends Chapter 14,Article 1,Section 14-2.2 and
Section 14-2 of the Hawaii County Code 1983(2005 Edition,as
Amended),Relating to Consumption of Intoxicating Liquors at
Isaac Kepo`okalani Hale Beach Park. Removes Isaac Hale Beach
Park from Section 14-2.2,which allows intoxicating liquors between
the hours of 10 a.m.through 10 p.m.;and adds Isaac Kepo`okalani
• Hale Beach Park to Section 14-2,which requires a permit for
intoxicating liquors between the hours of 10 a.m.through 10 p.m.
AYES: Council Members Enriques,Ford,Hoffmann,Ikeda,Naeole,
Onishi,Yagong,and Chair Yoshimoto—8;NOES: None;ABSENT:
Council Member Greenwell—1;EXCUSED: None.
