AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15-58, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2015 TO JUNE 30, 2016.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 15-58, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2015 to June 30, 2016,.
is hereby amended by adding the following project:
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT:
Organics Processing Facilities
(110.699.5699.33) $ 10,500,000
SECTION 2. Funds for this appropriation increase shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund - $ 10,500,000
Fund Balance and/or other Sources
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect on upon its approval.
