sAt the time I was living at 101 Waianuenue, Rm. C. The night before I had filed a harassment complaint v .4
M against the tenant in by the name Albert Chitwood who lived in Rm. A. The reporting officer was Courtney (Z I•
Bello and the Report No. C 11005239. I was told to get a copy of the Report at the Police Department.

I went to the Police Department the next day and was told that the case was under investigation and that
will get a copy when it goes to the Prosecutor's Office. I asked to speak with the Supervisor Ms. Koi. I told
her that I would like to know what Bello had reported on my behalf and her response was the same as the
staff member I had first spoken to. Yet, I was not given Bello's report until a year later. My numerous
It. complaints to the Prosecutors, the Police Commission, and the Mayor were in vain. What I received at
v last unjustly made Albert Chitwood the victim!
aMy response to how I am is, "I live in God's Paradise and Police Department's Hell. I feel as if I am living
in the most dictatorial country in the world and not the United States of America that I more than once , bdto
