COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION
NAMING OF A STREET IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, STATE OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the Council of the County of Hawaii is authorized to adopt a street name of
unnamed roadway in the County of Hawaii pursuant to Section 22-35, Article 2, Chapter 22, Hawaii
County Code; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission at its regular meeting of August 20, 1998, approved
the name for the certain unnamed roadway in Kaauhuhu-Kahei Homesteads, North Kohala, Hawaii;
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that said
roadway, as indicated on Exhibit "A" of this Resolution, be named as follows:
"Beers" Road Locally known and accepted name which has
been used for a long time; name of the first
resident on the road
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this day of , 1998.
