SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 140, Draft 3, Relating to Reduction of Polystyrene
Foam "Styrofoam" Food Containers and Food Service Ware.
Please find attached Bill No. 140, Draft 3. Bill No. 140, Draft 2 was amended by the contents
of Communication No. 664.109, as duly approved by the County Council during its meeting
on June 3, 2016.
Subsequent to amendment, Bill No. 140, Draft 3, failed on first reading due to the following
vote count: four"ayes"; four"noes", and one "absent".
