Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Office of the
Prosecuting Attorney to provide a grant to Friends of the Future for the 2016 Hawai`i Island
Women's Leadership Forum.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
