On May 26, 2016, Mayor William P. Kenoi transmitted the Windward Planning Commission's
recommendation for the above subject rezone application. The proposed bill and map for this
rezone was inadvertently left out of the transmittal. Thus a draft bill to amend Section 25-8-33
(City of Hilo Zone Map), Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawai`i County Code is
provided for your information. However, please note that due to the unfavorable
recommendation, there are no conditions attached to the draft bill.
