Kenoi, dated May 26, 2016, forwarding the Windward Planning Commission's negative recommendation for this change of zone, which would allow the applicant to consolidate three contiguous lots on which the applicant's three existing dwellings would be removed to develop a 14,000 square foot commercial building to be used as office space with on-site parking provided.
