ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 15-81, WHICH INITIATED AN
AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE VI, CHAPTER 3, SECTION 6-3.4, OF THE HAWAII
COUNTY CHARTER (2014), RELATING TO COUNTY BANDS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 15-81, which initiated an amendment to article VI,
chapter 3, to repeal section 6-3.4 of the Hawai`i County Charter (2014), relating to County
Bands, is repealed in its entirety.
SECTION 2. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance, which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon approval.
