HSSSC-12July 18, 2016 ORDER OF RESOLUTIONS Res. 552-16: SUPPORTS THE NECESSARY INITIATIVES FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I TO ACHIEVE CERTIFICATION AS A BLUE ZONES COMMUNITY Urges the County to adopt policies that will apply towards certification as a Blue Zones Community, with an emphasis on reducing tobacco use, increasing production of and access to healthy foods, and implementation of complete Streets projects.
