PROCLAMATION
IN the absexce of our King, His Majesty Kamehameha, and in accordance and
harmony with the Constitution of the ICngdom of Hawaii, the Statute Laws of His
Majesty, the foregoing Proclamation is hereby sanctioned under its jurisdiction.
I, Kilionakalaionaonakealiipuiniholoheao, Ke alii o ko Hawai'i Pae Aina, do
hereby issue this Proclamation, On BehaljOjHis Majesty, and give public notice of
the same, granted on this 15th day of March nineteen hundred and ninety-nine.
BE IT KNOWN, that the COMMITTEE OF TH/RTEEN representing the party
knmvn as the Independent Party of the Sandwich Islands, now known as the State of
Hawaii, is hereby and
