SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 5)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to the Hawai`i LGBT Legacy Foundation to provide
reimbursement of expenses related to the 4th Annual LGBT Pride Parade and Festival.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$1,280 from the Clerk-Council Services-
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
