RE: Resolution No. 553 16: Waimea Preservation Association lease of Old Waimea Tax

Dear Director,
The citizen committee, Waimea Trails and Greenways has been meeting every Monday
in the WPA office located in the Old Waimea Tax Office building for the past many
years since the WPA has had use of it.
This is a very valuable asset for our committee and the community as a whole. We would
very much appreciate the extention of the lease at a reasonable lease rent so we can
continue our meetings.
