BILLS FOR ORDINANCES
Bill 229: AMENDS CHAPTER 18, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 18-90 OF THE HAWAI‘I
COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED), RELATING TO
HELE-ON BUS FARES
Adds a one-way fare of $4.00 for the Hele-On Kākoʻo Paratransit system, which
provides transportation services to persons eligible through the Americans with
Disabilities Act.
