Re: Resolution to negotiate multi-year lease
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County of Hawaii to negotiate a multi-year lease
of a small building located in the Na`alehu Community Park, identified by Tax Map Key
(TMK) (3) 9-5-021:023. This property is to be used by the Hawaii County Economic
Opportunity Council (HCEOC), a not-for-profit organization for programs and activities
in the Na`alehu community.

Approval to negotiate a multi-year lease of real property identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 9-5-021:023, Naalehu
Park - Small Building, to Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council.
B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED):
Hawaii County Economic Opportunity Council, a not-for-profit organization, desires to lease the Parcel from
the County. The facility will be used to organize various programs to offer community service and activities
in the Na'alehu community.
