Hawai`i Island Packaging Sustainability Initiative (HIPSI) Stakeholders Task
Force.
Please find attached Resolution No. 565-16, Draft 3. Resolution No. 565-16, Draft 2 was
amended by the contents of Communication No. 944.16, as duly approved by the Council on
August 17th, 2016.
Resolution No. 565-16, as amended to Draft 3, was adopted by the Council after it suspended
Rule No. 24(1)(e) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of the Council of the County of
Hawai`i.
