Resolution
WHEREAS , the owners of certain parcels of land
described in the deeds attached hereto as Exhibit A
desire to convey said .parcels to the County of Hawaii;
and
WHEREAS, the. aforementioned parcels are conveyed
to the County with the express condition that said
property shall be -used for public roadway purposes; and
I
WHEREAS, each ,of the parcels described in Exhibit A
is conveyed to the County for the sum of $1. 00 ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY, THE COUNCIL OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that said parcels as described in
Exhibit A be' and and are hereby declared accepted for public
I
roadway purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the County of
Hawaii be and is hereby authorized to accept the deeds from
each .o f the Grantors as Grantee for the County of Hawaii,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be authorized
and directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the
Department of Public Works. .
