Re: Bill 219; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 19, Article 7, Section 19-57 of the
Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 Edition, as Amended), Relating to
Nondedicated Agricultural Use Assessment.
I am respectfully requesting that Bill 219, and the proposed amendments contained in
Communication 924.1 and Communication 924.2,be placed on the agenda of the Finance
Committee meeting scheduled for September 20, 2016.
Bill 219 was postponed on July 18, 2016, to the call of the Finance Committee chair.
