Subject: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 1)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to the Big Island Resource Conservation and
Development Council to support efforts to educate and train communities on controlling the little
fire ant.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
