SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 5)
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 5 will be appropriated to the Department of
Research and Development to provide a grant to Big Island Resource Conservation&
Development Council (BIRCDC)to assist with expenses relating to the Big Island Invasive
Species Committee's (BIISC) community-based Little Fire Ant(LFA) control program in Puna.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$2,000 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
