SUBJECT: Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 9) - - _` '
Contingency Relief funds from Council District 9 will be appropriated to the Department of
Liquor Control to provide a grant to Big Island Resource Conservation& Development (BIRCD)
for expenses associated with the Waimea Paniolo Ohana Keiki Parade.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of$500 from the Clerk-Council Services—
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
