Todd of 22 Pakalana Place, Hilo, Hawaii 96720, to the South Kohala Police Station, in memory of her son, Steven Rapoza, who was killed by a drunk driver in August 1996. Carvalho r=; N Police Chief 1'ti Hawaii County Police Department oD 349 Kapiolani Street Hilo, Hawaii 96720 Dear Chief Carvalho: I would like to donate a combination exercise/workout gym to the Waimea Police Station in memory of my son, Steven Rapoza, who was killed by a drunk driver in August 1996. Steven lived and worked in Waimea, hence my choice of the Waimea Station. This was his equipment, and everything is in excellent condition. Play It Again Sports, a dealer in used sports equipment, has given me an appraisal value of $520.
