Dear Chief Carvalho:
I would like to donate a combination exercise/workout gym to
the Waimea Police Station in memory of my son, Steven Rapoza,
who was killed by a drunk driver in August 1996.
Steven lived and worked in Waimea, hence my choice of the
Waimea Station. This was his equipment, and everything is
in excellent condition. Play It Again Sports, a dealer in
used sports equipment, has given me an appraisal value of
$520.
Please accept this donation as an expression of my gratitude
to the police officers of Hawaii County who are committed to
making our streets and highways safe.
Sincerely,
Sandra M. Todd
