Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation, to which was referred
Resolution No. 595-16, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 595-16, accepts the dedication of roadway lots A and B, identified as Tax Map
Keys: 2-3-040:046 and 2-3-040:047, situated at Ponahawai, District of South Hilo, Island and
County of Hawai`i, State of Hawaii, from Lake View Estates, LLC, a Hawai`i Limited
Liability Company.
The lots contain areas of 0.050 acre and 1.098 acres, respectively, and would be used for
roadway purposes.
There was no discussion on this measure.
Your Committee on Public Works and Parks and Recreation is in accord with the purpose and
intent of Resolution No. 595-16, and recommends its adoption.
