SUBJ: Proposed Resolution No. 44-97
Pursuant to discussion at the January 22, 1997 Committee of the
whole meeting and as reflected in Committee of the Whole Report 1, I
am submitting legislation which amends the current Council Rules of
Procedure.
Resolution No. 44-97 shall be placed onto the February 19, 1997
Council meeting for review and deliberation. Should you have any
questions, concerns, suggestions, or proposed changes, please
address the County Clerk as soon as possible.
